In 2016, Valentyn embarked on a journey from Ukraine to Canada, driven by the promise of fresh opportunities. He began his career as a door installer, and quickly climbed the ranks, moving to sales, and eventually becoming the General Sales Manager. Through his journey, his exceptional skill and craftsmanship shined through, resulting in outstanding customer service achievements.
His exceptional management abilities were noticed, and he was promoted to Sales Manager. When he is not busy with his professional life, Valentyn indulges in active sports like fitness training, volleyball, kayaking, and hiking. These activities help him stay healthy and show his love of life and spirit of adventure.
Valentyn is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, so he can easily interact with a wide range of people. This makes his professional persona stand out.
IVAN TKACHENKO
Dedicated Sales Representative
He pursued his passion for fire safety and obtained a degree in the field, further enhancing his abilities by undergoing military-style training at a military school. Ivan discovered a natural aptitude for this line of work while working part-time in the installation of windows and doors during his studies.
In 2020, Ivan joined Elegant Entry Doors, eager to gain experience in sales while leveraging his in-depth knowledge of door systems and familiarity with diverse designs. His prior experience helped him quickly excel during training, effortlessly navigating the nuances of the sales process. His expertise in installation proves to be a valuable asset in his current role, as clients trust his expertise and rely on his vast experience.
Outside of work, Ivan finds immense joy in spending quality time with his family. His journey demonstrates a remarkable progression from installation to sales, highlighting his adaptability and commitment to personal and professional growth. As a Sales Representative, he combines his knowledge of technology with his ability to sell things to give great service to his customers.
VADYM DIDENKO
Dedicated Sales Representative
Vadym began his journey in B2B and B2C sales 10 years ago, driven by a passion for intensive development. He gained more and more experience by collaborating with large industries and companies.
But with so many choices, it was one industry that was able to attract and make the greatest impression – the production of custom doors.
Thanks to his determination and love for his work, he quickly gained extensive experience, which was truly appreciated by clients.
Having shown phenomenal results Vadym has become part of our team and is helping to develop and take our door production to a new level. He is also a member of the Ukrainian-Canadian Entrepreneurs Club, which helps him improve and provide the best achievements and results for our clients.
In his free time, family and his hobbies play an important role for Vadym. So is a master of sports in volleyball, this sport has an important part in his routine and helps to find new ways to achieve joint goals with clients.
